1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TimuraraHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
TimuraraHost provides Minecraft server hosting services including but not limited to: virtual server provisioning, file management via FTP, web-based console access, plugin management, and server configuration tools. We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to: (a) host or distribute illegal content; (b) launch attacks against other networks or systems; (c) distribute malware or engage in phishing; (d) mine cryptocurrency; (e) send unsolicited communications (spam); (f) infringe upon intellectual property rights; (g) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' servers.
5. Resource Usage
Each plan has defined resource limits (RAM, storage, CPU). You agree not to exceed these limits or attempt to circumvent resource restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend servers that consume excessive resources or negatively impact other users on shared infrastructure.
6. Payments & Refunds
All plans are billed monthly. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all new purchases. Refund requests after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
7. Data & Backups
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. TimuraraHost is not liable for any data loss due to hardware failure, software errors, security incidents, or account termination. Higher-tier plans include automated backup features, but these should not be your sole backup strategy.
8. Server Content
You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your server, including worlds, plugins, mods, and any user-generated content. You must ensure all content complies with applicable laws and Mojang's End User Licence Agreement (EULA). We reserve the right to inspect and remove content that violates these terms.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay for services, or if required by law. Upon termination, your server data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion. You may request a data export within this period.
10. Limitation of Liability
TimuraraHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11. Intellectual Property
All TimuraraHost branding, website design, and proprietary tools are our intellectual property. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. TimuraraHost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
